Google Play Store “Can’t Connect to Play Store” Error

Some of Muslim Pro users are getting a “Can’t Connect to Play Store” error pop-up when trying to restore their Premium version of Muslim Pro from the Google Play store.

You can try to use the following methods to solve the issue.

 

Method 1 : Check the time and date settings

  1. Go to Settings > Date and time
  2. Activate “Automatic date and time”

Method 2 : Clear the Google Play Store Cache 

  1. Go your device’s Settings menu.
  2. Go to Applications (may also be labeled Application Manager).
  3. Tab over to All Applications.
  4. Open the Google Play Store app.
  5. Tap on Clear Data and Clear Cache.
  6. Relaunch Google Play and install or update the Muslim Pro app again.

Method 3 : Uninstall Google Play Store updates

  1. Go your device’s Settings menu.
  2. Go to Applications (may also be labeled Application Manager).
  3. Tab over to All Applications.
  4. Open the Google Play Store app.
  5. Tap on Uninstall Updates.
  6. Relaunch Google Play and install or update the Muslim Pro app again.
