If you do not receive the notifications on Android
If the adhan notifications are not working, are delayed or you see them but have no sound, please check the following points on your Android devices.
For all Android users please check that:
You have allowed the notifications for Muslim Pro
The notifications are NOT on “Silent” or “None”. Please click here if you want to change the notifications type for your prayers.
The “Test adhan” feature is working properly (inside Settings > Prayer Times > Adhans > Test adhan in 10 seconds)
You are NOT on “Silent” or “Do Not Disturb” Mode
You receive the notifications but there is no sound: please check that all your volumes (Alarm, Ringtone, Media) are ON and loud enough.
If you are using battery saving app such as “Clean Master”, in that case please make sure that the Muslim Pro app notifications are NOT muted.
Please make sure the Muslim Pro app is installed on the “Phone Internal Memory” and NOT on the SD Card.
Alternatively you can try to reset the notifications (Settings > Prayer Times > Adhans > Reset notifications).
